Every bottle ships from a GMP-certified, third-party tested facility in Florida. We use one fulfillment partner (Supliful) and we don't drop-ship.
United States
Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Most orders ship for under $7.
Standard transit: 3–5 business days from order to door. Most orders dispatch within 24 hours of being placed.
You'll get a tracking number by email when the bottle leaves the warehouse.
International
We don't ship internationally yet. We will. If you want to be told when, leave your email at the bottom of any page and we'll write once it's live.
If something's wrong
Damaged in transit: send a photo to hello@hushdirect.xyz within 48 hours and we'll send a replacement, no return required.
Lost in transit: if your tracking goes silent for more than 5 business days past the estimated delivery date, email us. We'll start a trace with the carrier and replace if it's not recovered.
Wrong address: we ship to the address you provide at checkout. If it bounces back to the warehouse, we'll reach out to update it. Standard reshipping fees apply.
