One ingredient does the work: 650mg of organic ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera). 5mg of organic black pepper extract is added so the active compounds are absorbed. The capsule is plant-based pullulan. Nothing else.

Branded extracts are higher concentration but use solvents and standardization steps we'd rather not be on the label. Organic root, dosed correctly, has the same body of evidence behind it. We chose simpler.
